What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 3 pm, and check-out is by 11 am.
Early check-in depends on room availability and may involve an additional charge. Please call around 9 am on your arrival day to check. If your room isn’t ready, we can store your luggage while you enjoy the pool or beach.
Late check-out is subject to availability and the following charges:
- 11:01 am–noon: $50 plus tax.
- 12:01–1 pm: $100 plus tax.
- After 1 pm: An additional night at the applicable rate for your room, plus tax.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not provided at the inn. Guests staying in rooms with kitchenettes can prepare breakfast in their room.
Nearby breakfast options include Spring Garden Pancake House on South Ocean Boulevard and Plantation House of Pancakes on South Kings Highway. For groceries, snacks, and breakfast essentials, Food Lion and Walmart Neighborhood Market are also nearby on South Kings Highway.
Is parking free?
Yes. Free parking is available, with one parking pass per room. Additional vehicles require separate parking arrangements.
Large trucks and SUVs must use the upper parking deck, beside the check-in office on the second level. The lower garage accommodates smaller vehicles and has a 6-foot-4-inch clearance.
Please display your parking pass at all times. Vehicles without a valid pass may be towed at the owner’s expense. Trailers are not permitted on the property; paid off-site parking is available.
What amenities are included in the rooms?
Each room includes air conditioning with individual temperature control, a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee and tea maker, cable TV, hair dryer, and a bathtub/shower combination.
Rooms with kitchenettes have larger refrigerators. Limited housekeeping service is provided daily.
What facilities are available at the hotel?
Enjoy free Wi-Fi, complimentary parking, an outdoor pool and hot tub, and a sun deck. Coin-operated laundry facilities are also available. All guest rooms are non-smoking.

The pool facilities are open from 9 am to 10 pm.
